WORLD DANCE CLASSES
World Dance for Humanity is a Santa Barbara-based nonprofit that brings a fun, inspiring, low-cost dance experience to people of all ages and abilities - no experience needed. Our community of dancers is warm and welcoming to everyone! Enjoy your favorite dance tunes and great music from around the world while helping people in need - locally, and in Rwanda.

No class this Saturday, April 27th
This Saturday, we’ll all be at Alameda Park celebrating Earth Day, 11am to 7pm – with bands, booths, and big fun! World Dance will be hosting BOOTH #342 near Sola, between Anacapa and Santa Barbara streets. We’ll be performing our earth dances at the Main Stage, 2:20PM, to music like Jack Johnson's “Reduce, Re-use, Recycle,” Joni Mitchell’s “Big Yellow Taxi,” and Carole King’s “I Feel the Earth Move.” Costume: Harem Pants, matching World Dance Shirt, Flower Headbands, Jingles. We hope you’ll stop by!
Suggested Donation: $5 Per Class
All class donations are tax-deductible and 100% goes to our aid work. Normally the funds go entirely to RWANDA, where we are helping 12,000 Genocide survivors lift themselves out of poverty. During the Ukraine crisis, all class funds are going to Ukraine! We’ve donated $50,000 so far – working towards another $25,000 this week – ALL DONATIONS ARE BEING MATCHED by a generous anonymous donor!

SUNDAYS ON ZOOM
Dance & Dialogue with Ukraine – 10:00-11:00am
We invite you to a very special gathering every Sunday at 10:00am PT – a chance to get to know our Ukrainian aid partners who join us from the frontlines of the war. Some people dance, some just listen to the music, then we talk together, sharing tears, laughter, and love. It is an incredible, deeply personal experience. Contact Janet for Login
